Training on “Feedback and complaints mechanism
Aisha conducted 12-hour remote training on “Feedback and complaints mechanism” within the period 05.03.2021 to 09.03.2021. 40 persons (CBOs employees and beneficiaries) participated in the training as every group attended 2 days of training on ZOOM. The training focused on community complaints mechanisms / Effective support and community participation, establishing Sexual and Abuse Complaints Mechanisms/ Structuring, creating and/or expanding community-based complaint mechanism to cover sexual abuse and exploitation and receiving and documenting Complaints and Referral Mechanisms / Raise awareness about protection from sexual exploitation and sexual abuse. The training was delivered by Mr.Yazdan Emawi as it comes within the project “ Improving access to mental health care and psycho-social support services for the most vulnerable women and girls and their families in quarantine and remote communities in the Gaza Strip” funded by OPT.
