The conclusion of the training of staffs' protocol "Aisha Community Center for Mental Health and Addiction Treatment"

Aisha Association for Woman and Child Protection concluded on Wednesday, February 14, 2018, the training of staffs' protocol of "Aisha Community Center for Mental Health and Addiction Treatment" recently in cooperation with the Red Crescent Society of the Gaza Strip and funded by the United Nations Population Fund, within the project " Response to gender based violence of displaced women and girls ".

The training was held with a total of 100 training hours, with the participation of 20 social workers and psychologists working in Aisha, the Palestinian Center for Psychological Trauma, the Palestinian Center for Conflict Resolution, the Palestinian Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Interior, the Security House and the United Palestinian Appeal.

The conclusion of the course today dealt with the collective therapy program for recovering from addiction.

It is worth mentioning that the training is designed to enable participants to implement the Protocol on Psychological Interventions, which aims to provide initial psychosocial support to women and girls.
