This project comes in partnership with the German Corporation for International Cooperation (GIZ), funded by Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), and in cooperation with Palestinian Federation of Garment, Textile and Leather Industries.

The project aims to increase the required skills for employment purposes for female graduates from universities, colleges, and technical and vocational institutes to facilitate their access to the labor market, in addition to networking and improving the capabilities of private sector companies as operators in linking job opportunities with graduate skills, by training a number of young female graduates for the specialty of design Fashion and clothing for the age group (18-25 years) and sorting them on a number of sewing factories affiliated with the Palestinian Federation for the Apparel and Textile Industry, and then hire 60% of the female trainees candidates for a period of no less than six months after the end of the training period inside those factories.
